What’s going on
Usually it’s the port
If your cable feels loose, only works at a certain angle, or nothing happens when you plug in, the charging port is usually the culprit.
Sometimes it’s lint and debris packed into the port. Sometimes the port itself needs replacing. We’ll find out which and fix it.

Is it the port or the battery?
If your phone only charges at certain angles, or with one particular cable, the port is a likely culprit. If it charges normally but drains fast, it’s more likely the battery. We can check both.
Can you just clean the port?
Sometimes cleaning is all it needs. If the port itself is damaged, it needs replacing. We’ll tell you which.
Will I lose my photos and data?
A repair doesn’t involve wiping your phone, but it’s always a good idea to back up your phone before any repair if you can.
